Why this matters

Heaven-Sent Safe Harbor is planned as a place of stability, shelter, structure, and support for people who need a safe path forward. The master plan describes tiny homes, emergency shelter space, meals, training space, operations support, and core site infrastructure built around service rather than private profit.

We are asking the community to stand with this effort so local leaders can see that Safe Harbor is not just an idea on paper. It is a public-benefit mission with real people behind it.

What we ask officials

  • Identify suitable land in Osceola County or the surrounding area.
  • Meet with Heaven Sent leadership to review the project and next steps.
  • Help connect Safe Harbor to housing, aging, veterans, and emergency-support partners.
  • Support a lawful path toward transfer, lease, partnership, or public review of land options.

Voices of support

“Safe Harbor isn’t about a building. It’s about giving veterans, seniors, and families a place to breathe, reset, and know they’re not alone.” – Heaven Sent leadership
