However your faith looks today—strong, shaky, or unsure—you are welcome here. We will walk with you step by step.

Before you send your message, pause for a few slow, deep breaths. You deserve a moment of calm.
- Breathe in slowly through your nose for 4 counts.
- Hold your breath gently for 4 counts.
- Breathe out through your mouth for 6 counts.
- Repeat this 3 times, or as many times as you need.

Things That Can Help Your Case
You do NOT have to have all of these, but they can help us move faster for you.
- VA ID card or VA file number (if you have it).
- DD‑214 or discharge papers (any copy you can find).
- Photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or other).
- Any letters from VA, Social Security, or other agencies.
- Names of your doctors or clinics, and recent appointment dates.
- Any paperwork about housing, utilities, or benefits problems.
If you don’t have these right now, that’s okay. Tell us what you do have and we will still work with you. 🐋
