This is What a Partnership With Heaven Sent Looks like please look

Heaven Sent | Our Partners
Heaven-Sent Community Services & Veterans Assistance

Our Partners

We can’t do this alone. Heaven-Sent stands in the gap for veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families in crisis, but this mission moves because churches, nonprofits, businesses, and agencies stand with us in the work.

Shared work

Why partnership matters

1

Collect and store critical items for families starting over, including furniture, mattresses, appliances, bedding, and supplies.

2

Move help where it is needed through vehicles, fuel, drivers, and logistics support that make response possible.

3

Open doors we could not open alone through military and community relationships that expand access to surplus items and outreach opportunities.

4

Train and equip people to serve through caregiver, medical missionary, CNA, and skilled trade preparation connected to partner efforts.

5

Multiply the reach of Heaven-Sent so relief, Safe Harbor, disability support, and family stabilization extend well beyond one organization’s size.

Highlighted relationships

Some of the partners who walk with us

Behind every name is a story of shared work, trucks loaded, miles driven, volunteer hours, and lives touched.

Chipola Baptist Association

Collecting and organizing mattresses, furniture, appliances, and other needed items, then storing them in Marianna, Florida for homeless initiatives, disaster relief, and community rebuilding efforts.

Working Warriors

Locking arms with Heaven-Sent to support missions including Stream of Life in Mississippi and training schools for medical missionaries, CNAs, and skilled trade workers.

Stream of Life

Building a training center designed to equip people to serve, respond, and bring healing when disasters strike.

Department of Defense Partners

NAS Pensacola, Corry Station, and Eglin Air Force Base have helped open doors for Heaven-Sent and other nonprofits to receive surplus items that become beds, refrigerators, microwaves, and comfort items for families in need.

Why we believe in partnership

God’s love in motion

Heaven-Sent describes service as more than giving; it is God’s love in motion through packed boxes, extended hands, traveled miles, and open hearts.

From collecting and storing donations in Florida to delivering equipment and comfort items in Mississippi, these partnerships show how hope, healing, and unity travel farther when people move in the same direction.

God is good, all the time. And all the time, God is good.

A note from Joey

A larger story of service

Joseph “Joey” Ryan writes that when he read the Christmas message shared by MSG Darrel Whited, Army Retired, he did not just see a list of organizations; he saw hot meals after hurricanes, veterans finding shelter, students learning to serve, and churches opening their doors in crisis.

He describes Heaven-Sent as one part of a much bigger story and says the letter is a reminder that when people say yes to serving, God multiplies that yes far beyond what they can see in front of them.

He also shares gratitude for Darrel Whited’s service and friendship, and for every person who has given, volunteered, or prayed alongside the mission.

With respect and deep gratitude,
Joseph “Joey” Ryan

Training and readiness

Classes that strengthen communities

Heaven-Sent is building more than relief delivery. We are creating learning spaces that help volunteers, caregivers, veterans, families, and local partners grow in confidence, preparedness, and service.

Caregiver and family support classes

Practical instruction, encouragement, and peer-centered guidance for families carrying daily responsibility for veterans, seniors, and individuals living with disabilities.

Crisis response and readiness classes

Training that helps communities organize before emergencies, respond with calm structure, and serve with dignity when pressure is high.

Faith, peer, and life-building classes

Spaces that restore confidence, purpose, and connection through encouragement, listening, community care, and hands-on support.

Volunteer and service pathway classes

Opportunities for churches, agencies, and community members to step into meaningful roles with guidance, accountability, and real mission impact.

National disasters

When disaster hits, we move hand in hand

Heaven-Sent already describes its work as walking beside people in crisis with compassion, structure, advocacy, and real-world support that does not stop at sympathy.

That same approach makes Heaven-Sent a strong partner when states are hit by hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, displacement, or sudden family crisis. We do not wait for suffering to become someone else’s problem.

When one state is hit by disaster, we believe the wider community should respond hand in hand.

Why partners say yes

Why partner with Heaven-Sent now

1

Visible compassion. Heaven-Sent serves veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and families under pressure with practical help and personal dignity.

2

Real response. Partners help move beds, appliances, food, supplies, volunteer teams, fuel, and emergency support where needs are urgent.

3

Community trust. Churches, nonprofits, agencies, and mission-minded businesses can join work that is local, relational, and action-centered.

4

Shared reach. Partnership with Heaven-Sent helps extend disaster support, family stabilization, and long-term care beyond what one organization can do alone.
