Transparency Is Part of Our Mission
Every donation, grant, partnership and volunteer contribution carries trust with it. Heaven Sent accepts the responsibility that comes with that trust.
We maintain public organizational records and written accountability policies so supporters can understand who we are, how we are governed, how charitable resources are managed and how our programs are designed and evaluated.
Restricted and designated contributions are used for their intended charitable purposes. Grant and contract resources are managed according to the applicable award, approved budget and governing requirements.

Heaven Sent maintains Board-adopted governance, financial, operational and compliance policies as part of its organizational control system.
Public copies are provided for transparency and informational reference. Heaven Sent maintains its authoritative organizational records through controlled recordkeeping and secure storage.
This allows meaningful public transparency without publishing protected client information, original signatures, confidential personnel information, banking information, passwords or security-sensitive materials.
The Heaven Sent Standard Operating Procedure library remains a separate part of the website. SOPs are not being moved into this Transparency, Governance & Accountability Center.
