This room is for people who are homeless, on the edge of eviction, staying in cars or motels, couch‑surfing, or otherwise unstable, and need guidance and encouragement instead of judgment. It connects peer support with practical housing guidance, casework pathways, and faith‑centered hope.[cite:6][cite:9]

Guidance in a crisis: A place to talk through what is happening, what notices you have, and what options may be available instead of panicking alone.[cite:9][cite:47]

Resource navigation: Help understanding shelters, motels, Safe Harbor plans, benefits, and local resources that might keep people from sleeping on the street.[cite:6][cite:9]

Paperwork and calls: A front‑end room where hosts can help people get ready for calls, letters, and casework, and then connect them into Heaven Sent’s intake and document room.[web:64]

Support and dignity: A space where being homeless or unstable does not mean being shamed; people are treated with respect and hope.[cite:6][cite:9]

Bridge to Safe Harbor: A peer room that points toward Heaven Sent Safe Harbor housing plans and other long‑term stability options when they become available.[cite:4][cite:7]
